However, during the winter months when our schedule is less busy, a notice of one week in advance would be sufficient to secure your desired date.

Additionally, we have podiums available for speakers to deliver their presentations from a professional and elevated platform.

We are committed to providing the necessary equipment and support to make your corporate event a resounding success. If you have any specific AV equipment requirements, please inform us in advance, and we will make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs.

Absolutely! We offer a fully customizable catering experience from A to Z. Whether you have specific preferences for wines or craft beers, or you require special dietary accommodations such as gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or vegan options, we can cater to your needs. We can even source fresh lobster from New Brunswick if that's what you desire. We don't limit you to predefined options; if you can dream it, we will make it happen.
