Nestled within our rustic clubhouse are fully equipped catering facilities led by an incredible kitchen team. Our Upper Deck banquet room, overlooking the Ottawa River, can accommodate up to 120 guests, providing full dining and bar service. For more intimate gatherings, our Sunset Lounge, with its spectacular panoramic view, is ideal for weddings of up to 30 guests.
At Britannia Yacht Club, we believe in tailoring your wedding to suit your unique vision. We don’t offer standard wedding “packages.” Instead, we work closely with each couple to create a personalized wedding experience that fits your needs and budget.
Our dedicated wedding planners understand that every detail matters. Our goal is to customize your wedding day to ensure it reflects your unique vision. From linens to timelines, menus to floor plans, we work with you every step of the way. With our experienced team, you can trust that your day will truly represent your personalities.

$4,000.00 + HST for 2025

Please note, space for dancing depends on the number of guests.
Please note, we do require couples to use our catering and alcohol services, but you can bring in your own late-night snacks. We require a minimum of 75 guests for a Saturday wedding during peak season (May-October).
As a special thank you for choosing to host your wedding with us, you will receive a complimentary couple’s social membership for the summer season of your wedding year, a value of over $800.00. This membership includes tennis, use of the clubhouse bar and restaurant services, access to the marquee tent, and member events. You are also welcome to bring guests to the club.

Customer service is very important to us; as such we work with you every step of the way to plan your special day. From the linens, to timelines, to the menu and floor plan you can be assured your day will reflect your personalities!
I will also be on-site the day of your wedding to coordinate the set up and ceremony and work with my staff to ensure you have a stress-free day!

We offer a variety of platters for your cocktail hour, including a cured meat platter with pickled vegetables, a three-dip platter with hummus, bruschetta, and artichoke spinach, seasonal vegetables with dip, fresh fruit platter, shrimp with house-made seafood sauce, artisan cheese board, assorted petit fours desserts, and various canapés.
Yes, we offer vegetarian meal options, including mushroom ravioli, chana masala, and eggplant parmesan tower. We also have children’s meal options for children aged 12 and under, such as chicken fingers and fries, mini cheese pizza and fries, and mac n’ cheese with a warm dinner roll.
You are welcome to serve your wedding cake or provide your own homemade or professional bakery dessert. There is no cake cutting fee at BYC.

We recommend starting your wedding planning about 1 year to 10 months before your desired wedding date. This allows you to secure your venue, finalize important details, and begin booking major vendors.
