Britannia Yacht Club’s historical Clubhouse has spectacular views of the Ottawa River and is the focal point of the Club’s recreational and social activities.
Harbour, house and grounds facilities at Britannia Yacht Club are serviced by a professional staff and cater to the wide range of recreational and social interests of its members of all age groups. Our clubhouse amenities make it the perfect place for socializing with other club members, for family activities and for private functions.
Britannia Yacht Club has an active tennis program that caters to all ages and skill levels. There are 4 well lit plexi-pave courts. Activities include tournament play, round robins, single and doubles matches. We have plenty of regular tennis events and activities for our members to enjoy.
We are affiliated with the National Capital Tennis Association and The Ontario Tennis Association, and our tennis players participate in inter-club competitions.
Britannia Yacht Club offers a wide range of outdoor activities to members of our club, including paddleboarding, a relaxing water sport that can be enjoyed alone, or with a group of people.
The Ottawa River is directly accessible from our Club, with paddleboards available for rent for your enjoyment on those nice summer days. It’s a great opportunity for those who like trying new outdoor activities, become a member to benefit from our many activities.
During the warm summer months, many of us like to cool off and wind down by having a quick swim. At Britannia Yacht Club, we have a beautiful area just for that – swimming enjoyment for those warm summer days.
